2)钙通道阻滞剂:已应用哌唑嗪患者,加用钙通道阻滞剂可发生血压急剧下降。3)强心苷:哌唑嗪可致地高辛血药浓度迅速升高。
4)β受体阻滞剂,利尿药:与哌唑嗪联用易发生症状性、体位性低血压;但两药联用可以提高降压效果,可防止哌唑嗪所致心悸。
5)吲哚美辛:抑制前列腺素合成,可减弱哌唑嗪降压作用。
6)对实验诊断的干扰:哌唑嗪干扰肾素分泌,可使对肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统的活性测定结果的正确解释发生困难。

1)川芎:与利血平有协同性降压作用。
2)灵芝:可加强利血平、氯丙嗪的中枢镇静作用,拮抗苯丙胺的中枢兴奋作用。
3)五味子:可增强利血平对中枢神经系统的抑制作用。
4)两面针:利血平可拮抗两面针的镇痛作用。
5)含鞣质中药(四季青等):可与利血平生物碱形成难溶性鞣酸盐沉淀,减少吸收,降低生物利用度。
