  《心理防护 平安居家:居家内观操作手册》部分案例来自于编者裴梦旭等近期开办的“疫情下的网络公益内观训练营”,网上招募志愿者通过网络在线上体验居家内观,每期由5个内观指导师进行义务指导,内观体验者由第1期的20余人已经增加到第4期的50余人。参加者的年龄和职业跨度很大,心理问题也各式各样。但是令人欣喜的是,每期结束时网络学员交流会上,大多数的内观者都表示居家内观给自己带来了心理帮助。

突如其来的疫情让很多人不知所措,焦虑、恐慌、悲观等负性情绪蔓延。为了防控疫情而出台的各项严格管控措施,也使大多数人停下了原本奔忙的生活脚步,不得不面对人生中的一次暂停键。
  在这场新冠肺炎疫情阻击战中,患者的心理康复需要一个过程,病亡者家属也需要心理疏导,很多居家的居民时间长了也会产生各种心理问题,他们的心理健康应该得到重视,采取切实有效的方法加强心理疏导工作是当务之急。
  中国内观疗法的引路者、上海交通大学医学院王祖承教授在疫情发生不久就在网上呼吁:大家同心协力战瘟疫,静静地守在家中,开展自我式的“简易内观体验”,既能缓解疫情引发的各类心理症状,又能提高自身的心理状态。这也是让更多人认识并接受内观心理治疗的一个契机。
  基于同样的想法,也是响应王祖承教授的号召,我提出了“居家内观”概念并立即付诸行动,邀请天津、江苏、山东、广东、甘肃、云南、四川、河北、陕西全国9个省市的13位同道,在短时间内共同编写了这本 心理防护平安居家——居家内观操作手册》。

《心理防护 平安居家:居家内观操作手册》:
  内观的三个主题项目是“别人为我所做的…我为别人所做的…‘我给别人添的麻烦”。需要内观者注意的是,这三个内容的主题有着严谨的逻辑关系,换言之,三个主题的顺序是不可以改变的。
  1、别人为我所做的
  内观首先从“别人为我所做的”开始,这样做的目的,就是让内观者发现自己受到了别人好多的恩惠,但是自己对这些恩惠并没有表示感谢,或者不以为然,甚至都已经忘却了,从而体会到被爱的感觉。内观者回忆过去,觉察到别人对自己的好和恩惠,而自己却没有进行回报,别人仍然一如既往地对自己好…这样不断内观出来的人生经历,不论是从精神层面还是物质层面,内观者都会感到温暖与感激,并在不断回忆和内观的过程中加深对这种经历的认识与记忆。内观者进而认识到自己其实是一直被爱的人,别人为自己奉献了很多很多,后受到极大的心理震撼,感恩和感激之情如同泉水一样涌出。
  2、我为别人所做的
  “我为别人所做的”主要是内观自己曾给对方做过的各种事情,特别是使对方喜悦的事和帮助对方做的事。了解别人对自己照顾了很多,而自己又对这些人回报了多少。检视自己从过去到现在的具体事实:评判是“施”多还是“受”多。通过回顾与检讨自己历来在人际关系中存在的问题并予以彻底反省,站在对方的角度看自己过去的所作所为,进一步体验到他人对自己深切的爱,将以自我为中心、利己、对人不满的心理状态转变成感恩、诚恳、谦虚的心理状态,使自己从焦虑、不满、对抗的情绪状态转变到愉快、真诚、
  3、我给别人添的麻烦
  “我给别人添的麻烦”主要是内观自己曾做过的令对方为难的事、让对方担心的事、令对方不开心的事等。反省自己做了什么,意识到自己的自我本位,自私、不体贴、不关心别人等,一旦内观者认识到自己内心的“罪恶”——其实是健康人应有的良知,就能更为深刻地发现自己的不足——别人并没有义务为自己做什么事,自己内心对于别人不帮助自己、不对自己好、不甘心的想法其实是来源于自私,相反自己的任性和自我本位给别人造成了一定的困扰。自己并非是人际关系中的“被害者”,而是“加害者”。这种认识将会使内观者内心惧怕改变自己的想法发生动摇,自愿地想要消除自己的“罪恶”,以平和与宽容的心态接纳自己和别人。
