中文版前言
血管内超声（intravascular ultrasound， IVUS）是目前心导管室重要的腔内影像学工具之一，在冠心病的介入诊治过程中具有重要的指导意义。IVUS将超声探头放置于冠状动脉内成像，可以直观、精确地观察到管腔的形态和管壁的结构，在术前评估、术中指导、术后随访等方面都具有明确的指导作用，被认为是冠心病诊断的新“金标准”。在我国，IVUS起步稍晚，整体使用率偏低，图像解读能力参差不齐，总体水平仍落后于欧美、日本等使用经验丰富的国家。因此，提高专业人员对IVUS的应用水平，具有重大的意义。
目前，国内专业人员学习IVUS的途径主要是通过英文原版书籍、文献，以及中文译著、专家共识等。在日本，腔内影像的使用率远高于我国，日本心血管专家对IVUS的操作积累了非常丰富的经验，也出版了很多关于IVUS的书籍，本书的日文原版就是其中非常重要的教科书之一。但是，由于通晓日语，特别是医学专业日语的人员并不多，使得这些优秀的日文教科书未能引入国内。
译者在日本留学期间接触到这本IVUS教科书，仔细阅读后发现，与在国内曾阅读过的IVUS书籍相比，该书以更贴近于临床实践的方式，由浅入深地将日本心血管专家在IVUS临床使用中独特的经验和见解分为不同的章节分享给读者，是国内医生及学者学习IVUS的一本难得的教科书。回国后，译者以曾留学日本、通晓日语的心血管专家为主体，与西安交通大学外国语学院日语系的医学日语专业团队，以及国内精通腔内影像学的中青年专家一起，共同完成了本书的翻译工作。
本书虽几经校稿，但由于专业水平、实践经验有限，对原文的理解或有不足之处，难免会有晦涩及错误之处。恳请广大读者在阅读本书的同时，不吝指正。
