②对建筑的维护管理、法定资格、夜间警戒、通报系统等需求进行确认。
③工程项目、本工程外的其他工程、未来计划、提供物品、财产分类、计量分类必须恰当。
④对承租户的租赁条件、区划(系统、划分)、工程划分、容量等加以确认。
