作者简介
刘中民,现任同济大学附属东方医院院长,国际应急医疗队(上海)总队长、国家临床重点专科(急诊医学)带头人;兼任世界灾害与急诊医学学会理事、亚太灾难医学会副主席,中华预防医学会灾难预防医学分会主任委员、中华医学会灾难医学分会候任主任委员、中国医师协会心血管外科医师分会会长、中华医学会急诊医学分会副主任委员、上海市人大代表等。1997年起率先推行“一体化急救医学模式”,推动提升国内严重多发伤抢救成功率;2008年以上海医疗队队长身份带队参与汶川地震救援,后率先提出灾难医学理念,牵头创建中华医学会灾难医学分会,整建制创建全球首支通过世界卫生组织(WHO)认证的国际应急医疗队,先后参与汶川地震、玉树地震、昆明暴恐事件、昆山工厂特大爆炸事故等突发事件的应急救援,承担在上海举办的各类重大活动、重大赛事及来访重要人物的医疗保障任务;在2020年抗击“新冠肺炎”中组织力量实施规范应对、主动应对、科学应对,对疫情防控作出了突出贡献。积极建言献策,提交应急管理框架下灾难医学救援体系建设、设立备灾医院等建议。获国家科技进步二等奖、何梁何利科技奖、中华医学科技奖二等奖等,发表SCI论文100余篇,主编(译)著作10余部。
