戴光华,1952年11月生于上海。1982年毕业于景德镇陶瓷学院美术系本科,2000年毕业于东华大学视觉传达设计专业研究生课程班。现为上海师范大学美术学院副教授、硕士生导师、上海美术家协会会员、中国工业设计协会会员。作品入选第八届全国美展、纪念毛泽东在延安文艺座谈会讲话60周年全国美展、全国水彩水粉画展、第三届全国工笔画展、迎接新世纪全国工笔画展及“远大杯”第三届北京双年展备选资格等。同时,获得第三届全国包装装潢评比“银奖”、第五届华东地区包装装潢评比“优秀奖”、2003年艺术名家金杯奖“金奖”、鲁艺杯全国师范院校美术作品评比“优秀奖”。出版教材《CIS设计》,同时,部分绘画作品及和十余篇专业学术论文发表于《美术》、《装饰》、《美术观察》等专业画辑、画册与专业杂志。
