PRP是通过离心的方法从全血中提取的血小板浓缩液,含有高浓度的血小板、白细胞和纤维蛋白。血小板激活后能分泌多种生长因子,白细胞可防止感染,纤维蛋白能在局部构建组织修复所需的三维结构。浓缩的这些PRP成分不仅为组织的修复提供了“浓缩的营养”,还为组织修复搭建了更好的修复环境,以促进和加速骨组织和软组织的修复。
