| 霍秀芝，主任医师，教授。曾任中华医学会黑龙江省神经专业委员会委员，佳木斯市康复医学会理事，佳木斯大学康复医学院、小儿脑瘫疗育中心康复医学科主任。 1966年毕业于哈尔滨医科大学医疗专业，毕业后一直从事小儿内科临床工作。1984年开始从事小儿脑瘫的临床研究，课题重点是脑瘫的早期诊断和早期治疗。1992年赴日本研修小儿脑瘫的早期诊疗技术、脑瘫的现代理学疗法及语言障碍的评价和康复，并获日本札幌医科大学访问研究员证书。 |
