本书对历代妇产科资料(1949年前的妇产科专著、含有妇产科内容的综合性著作、医案、杂志)进行摘录辑要,取其精华,去其糟粕,按妇科基础理论、月经病证、胎产病证、妇科杂病四部分进行类编。各部分以时代先后编排原文,每条原文注明出处,后加作者的校注和按语。校注主要是校勘原文谬误,注释难识字词。按语是根据古代医家的论治,结合作者临床的心得体会,昭其秘旨,阐发精微,使读者学有所得,用有所据。总之,本书的编写既尊重古人的原文原意,防止断章取义,又要有比较鉴别,使其具有新意,达到“全、精、信、准”的目的。

作者简介

张奇文,主任医师,教授。历任潍坊市中医院院长、潍坊市卫生局局长、山东中医学院中医系主任、山东省中医药研究所所长、山东中医学院党委书记、山东省卫生厅副厅长等职。中华中医药学会儿科学会创始人之一,先后作为学科带头人主持全国儿科学会工作达 18年之久。
