  中医临床教学为中医院校教育最重要的组成部分,是中医学基础理论在实践中的直接延伸与运用,为中医临床经验的积累提供基础。临床教学不仅要向学生传授知识,而且要教给学生学习的方法。为了更好地培养学生在临床实践中的中医辨证思维能力,提高其中医综合技能,上海中医药大学附属岳阳、曙光、龙华三家临床医学院均在临床教学中增加了“名老中医教学查房”环节。基于临床病例,通过名老中医的教学查房,分析学生中医病案,指出学生中医临床思维,增强学生发现问题、解决问题的能力。本套教材引入名老中医夏翔教授教学查房案例,充分考虑到学生对名中医临床经验传承及与名老中医临床思辨交流碰撞的兴趣性,生动、直观、切合临床实际,引入案例式教学查房导读模式,对名老中医的学术思想、临床经验的传承,具有鲜明的中医特色,是一本理论与实践相衔接的案例导读类教材。
作者简介
张振贤,医学博士,主任医师,从事中医临床工作20余年,中医理论功底扎实,具有良好的中国传统文化基础。近5年在国内外核心期刊上发表与中医临床相关的较高学术水平的本学科论文15篇,出版专著8部。先后为上海市心血管疾病名老中医林钟香教授、上海名老中医何立人教授、全国名老中医夏翔教授专家工作室成员,目前为上海市卫生局全国名老中医夏翔高级学术继承人。
