临床按摩疗法的原理

临床按摩师按照一定设想去操作,这些设想很顺理成章,以至于都能直接作为按摩原理。

 1.个体都是有机组织。各部分之间紧密相连,息息相关。复杂的系统并非只是部分的简单相加,关键是,既见树木又见森林。尽管本书从某种程度上是简化论者——不知道部分就不能把握整体,而且各部分必须以线性方式研究——治疗师应该铭记必须立足整体去看局部。例如,脚踝扭伤的人会特别小心照顾受伤的那条腿,这就使得臀部和腰部的肌肉收缩紧致。其结果是后背的失调影响到颈肌引起头痛,这样的话单纯治疗颈部肌肉就不会解决问题。作为按摩师,我们必须知道疼痛的根源不总在同一个痛点,让患者理解这个问题尤为

重要。

 2.肌肉组织缩短不能发挥功能。肌肉组织通过收缩来发挥作用,因此,如果肌肉短缩就不能有效工作。作为治疗师我们所关注的是持续或病态挛缩的组织,换言之,因各种保护性机制而产生挛缩的组织不能良好地发挥作用,而且不能伸展。

肌肉可主动或被动缩短。长期慢性被动收缩的例子见于进行治疗期间上肢保持悬挂时肱二头肌的缩短,以及还不能站立行走的婴儿屈曲体位时髂腰肌的缩短。姿势性错位总有很多维持姿势的肌肉习惯性被动收缩。

与之对应的,主动收缩是指肌肉的自身收缩,一种表现为对超负荷、反复运动或者过度拉伸的有意保护性收缩。如某部分肌肉组织进行主动收缩,则其功能不能长久也不会起到肌肉该有的作用。

 3.按摩对身体软组织的效应。一个有说服力的理论将这一效应解释为肌筋膜疼痛由永不停歇的触碰刺激介入的神经肌肉反馈通路引起,因此,触摸软组织可恢复正常功能。依据手法技巧的选择,人工干预中断了功能失调组织的神经反馈过程,引起神经反应的变化,从而改变相关组织的功能。就好比皮肤受摩擦或压迫后变红。物理按摩改变人体组织神经反馈而导致血管扩张,相应的,血流增强了肌肉的反应而使肌肉松弛和拉长(释放后面描述的分子横桥)。干预手段可包括缺血性压缩、被动牵拉、被动短缩或者这些方式自发地或有序地任意结合。

因此,临床按摩疗法以及本书就以这三大原理为根据。临床按摩师正是解决持续缩短的软组织问题并谨记患者是一个整体,通过按摩恢复其正常、无痛的功能。
