ICD-9-CM-3中文编译包括两部分:类目表和汉语拼音字母顺序索引。

类目标题大约90%为治疗性手术,10%为检查和治疗性操作。

类目表共分为18章,除第1章、第5章和第18章外,其他章均按解剖系统分类,按编码的大小顺序排列。

由于手术操作发展迅速,新的手术层出不穷,ICD-9-CM-3每年均做及时修订,*的一些操作如介入治疗、内镜检查与治疗均收入其中。

2011版收集了一些*发展的手术操作,将其编入类目17“其他各类诊断性和治疗性操作”。为便于读者使用,中文编译本将其扩展为第5章,原版各章序号顺延,共18章,本书的出版,能够反映*的临床检查与治疗性的手术及操作。本次修订不仅对原版(2011版)进行了刊误,也根据临床需要增加了个别细目。例如: 00.78 髋轴面,陶瓷与金属。

刘爱民,我国病案正规教育创始人之一。现任北京协和医院病案科主任、WHO疾病分类合作中心主任、国际病案协会理事、中国医院协会病案专业委员主任委员、中国医疗保险研究会理事、中国社区协会理事、《中国病案》杂志总编、卫生部病案专业晋升考试委员会主任委员等职。先后任届、第二届北京医院学会北京病案学组的委员,第三届副组长。曾任中华医学会北京分会理事,北京医学会病案委员会副主任委员、北京医院协会理事。
