袁永,广东省科技创新监测研究中心所长、研究员,主要从事生物医药产业创新政策、科技智库与创新战略研究。先后主持省级研究课题10余项,深度参与完成30余项省级研究课题,多次参与起草省委、省政府政策文件,多项研究成果获广东省科学技术进步奖;在《中国科技论坛》《科技进步与对策》《科学管理研究》《科技管理研究》等核心期刊发表论文30余篇。
