根据四川省住房和城乡建设厅《关于下达工程建设地方标准〈四川省城镇污水处理厂运行管理标准〉编制计划的通知》(川建标发〔2017〕606号)文的要求,标准编制组经大量调查研究,认真总结城镇污水处理厂运行管理经验,参考国内有关标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,制定本标准。
本标准共分11章节,主要技术内容是:1总则;2术语;3 基本规定;4工艺运行管理;5水质管理;6污泥管理;7设施设备管理;8噪声及臭气管理;9中央控制系统运行管理;10安全及应急管理;11档案管理。
