《风险、危机与灾害》将分为四个部分:第一部分为中国传统危机文化研究,讨论应如何在传统中国文化中汲取风险治理智慧,厘清我国“风险”、“危机”、“灾害”的词源内涵。第二部分为国外风险文化研究,对西方风险文化理论的发展脉络进行梳理并提炼了社会学范式特征,第三部分为人类学视角下灾害文化研究,主要基于人类学的学科视角,首先从西南少数民族的灾害神话为切入点,分析跨文化灾害认知异同及对当代社会的功能,第四部分为我国当代风险文化研究。从现代性的结构变异为视角,认为走出风险社会的结构困境,建构合理的风险文化不失为一条重要路径,最后在介绍国外应急文化发展经验与内涵的基础上,提出我国社区应急文化体系建设的框架。
