卫生服务活动的开展关键靠人力资源,卫生服务整合是以卫生人员整合为前提的。本书以湖北省潜江市开展的123”卫生服务为研究基础,基于在湖北潜江为期9个月的卫生干预活动,通过对湖北潜江农村基层卫生人员提供个性化健康服务,利用电子信息辅助决策,患者信息反馈等三方面的行为态度、主观规范、行为知觉控制等各类行为方式的分析,构建了农村基层卫生人员行为转变机制,解释了农村基层卫生人员行为转变规律,提出关于农村基层卫生人员在综合应用教育、制度化和经济激励等方面的干预策略,并展开干预实验。干预实验的开展,有效促进了乡村两级卫生人员个性化服务行为、信息利用行为和信息交换行为的转变,并验证行为转变机制的有效性。

作者简介

贺知菲,女,西南政法大学讲师。2017年博士毕业于华中科技大学同济医学院医药卫生管理学院社会医学与卫生事业管理专业。主要研究方向:卫生事业管理,公共卫生绩效管理,重点人群健康管理。目前在SSCI期刊杂志以作者发表英文文章3篇,在SCI期刊杂志以作者发表英文文章1篇。此外,作为共同作者发表SSCI/SCI英文文章共计10余篇。目前担任英文核心期刊MedicineInternational Journal for Equity in Health审稿人。参加2015年第十一届世界卫生经济大会,2018年国际卫生技术评估年会,2018年国际环境与水资源大会等国际卫生政策会议。
