2014 年,我们开办了期小儿推拿妈妈班,截至2021 年,已举办了45 期。
作为三级甲等医疗机构的儿科医务人员,我们接触过很多父母,大多数父母的育儿知识较缺乏,对中医育儿知识尤其匮乏。大多数新手爸妈没有接受过育儿培训直接上岗,一路上可谓磕磕碰碰、心力交瘁。很多时候大家把希望寄托在医疗上,却疏忽了日常饮食、起居、护理的重要性,甚至形成了恶性循环。
办妈妈班的初衷,是为了加深家长对中医的认识,教会他们关于孩子预防保健的家庭方法。针对妈妈们零基础的特点,我们不仅做了培训课件,还编写了专用的教材。刚开始的教材是A4 纸打印的简单合订本,后来改进为医院编纂印刷的小手册。几年下来,妈妈班科普的力量,超乎我们意料。
有的妈妈说:“我家妞儿两岁前一换季就咳、喘,是必须住院治疗的那种。之后我参加了妈妈班的学习,稍有点儿问题就给她做推拿,平时有空就保健推拿。现在她六岁了,已经有三年没发病了,偶有感冒发热自己在家给她调理,就可以快速痊愈了。”
