儿科医疗技术的迅速发展带动儿科护理技术的不断更新,国际儿科护理学科进入高速发展期。儿科护理的水平对儿科整体医疗起到重要的影响,儿科护士的综合素质直接影响到临床护理的质量和患者的临床结局。儿科护士需要具备的核心能力包括全面的健康评估、制定专业可行的照护计划、有效地提供专科照护、客观评价临床
护理效果。因此,儿科护士专业能力的提高以及临床思维能力的培养是持续改进临床护理质量、保障医疗护理安全的关键。诸多教材类书籍虽系统全面地囊括了儿科护理学的专科知识,但在使用的便捷度和实用性上难以满足临床一线护理人员的需求。
复旦大学附属儿科医院护理学科作为上海市重要薄弱学科(儿科护理)建设项目(2016- 2018),在轮“国家临床重点专科建设项目(2013- 2016)”的学科建设基础上,从儿科护理亚专科建设、护理标准及规范的建立和输出、专科护理人才培养等方面继续往前推进了一大步。为提高儿科护理人员的专科知识、规范其实践行为、培养其护理评估能力,复旦大学附属儿科医院集相关专科的优秀护理骨干及医学专家,编写了这套《儿科护理速查手册》,使临床一线的儿科护士能在繁忙的工作中迅速获得核心知识点、标准操作流程,掌握常用护理工具等。
