本书以真实病例为载体,以实际临床思维为导向。通过29个喘息性病例,从病情介绍、重要提示、讨论、评析四个方面对病例进行不同程度的探讨。本书的特点仍是从一个病例着手,根据病例主诉、现病史及实验室资料,系统性地对诊断、鉴别诊断及制定治疗原则等内容进行介绍,帮助临床医师从一个病例的探讨,上升为对一类疾病的认识和诊疗能力的综合提高,从而尽快巩固诊疗思维能力和增强临床经验。本书还邀请资深临床专家针对每个病例进行评析,从实践和理论的不同角度归纳总结相关疾病的诊治特点,为儿童喘息性疾病的临床诊治提供有益的指导和思考。

作者简介

洪建国  教授
上海交通大学附属人民医院儿内科主任医师。担任中国医师协会变态反应医师分会副会长,上海市医师协会理事、儿科医师协会副会长,《中华儿科杂志》副总编。曾任第3、4届中华医学会变态反应学分会副主任委员,第14、15届中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组副组长,第3、4届上海市变态反应学会主任委员,第6、7、8届上海医学会儿科医学分会委员。
毕业于上海第二医学院儿科系(现上海交通大学医学院儿科学系)。曾获世界卫生组织奖学金赴加拿大的多伦多大学附属儿童医院研修儿科呼吸病学。主要从事儿童呼吸系统感染与变态反应性疾病的临床研究,于20世纪80年代率先在国内开展和推广儿童哮喘规范化管理技术,90年代首先在国内建立了儿童肺功能正常预计值公式。近年先后主持制定了我国《儿童支气管哮喘诊断与防治指南》等多项儿科呼吸、变态反应学临床诊治指南和共识。担任国内外10余本核心学术期刊的副主编、常务编委等。主编学术专著6本,已在国内外发表学术论文200余篇。

儿童喘息性疾病是指一组具有喘息症状的呼吸道综合征,具有反复发作的特点,儿童特别是学龄前儿童,喘息的病因、发病机制、临床病程及治疗反应与成人存在很大差异。近年来,关于儿童喘息性疾病的临床自然进程和儿童喘息性疾病异质性的研究已引起关注。
