本书为 社科基金重点项目“精准健康扶贫对深度贫困地区人口发展的影响及政策促进研究”成果,以调研地区农村家庭为研究对象,基于倡议联盟框架研究不同时期我国健康扶贫政策的变迁,对调研地区家庭的人口健康、卫生服务利用、健康扶贫政策实施现状、政策感知和健康乡村建设现状等进行了描述性分析;基于动态管理信息系统数据,对各地区健康扶贫工作的进展和效果进行分析,并利用内生转换回归模型、普通 小二乘法分别对健康扶贫政策对人口健康和人口经济的影响进行考察;采用一般动态随机均衡模型,对健康扶贫、健康人力资本以及人口发展三者间的长期均衡发展关系进行探究;基于此,提出了面向2020年后的精准健康扶贫和人口可持续发展的政策创新及治理策略。 本书对促进后扶贫时代脱贫地区新型健康扶贫政策设计和人口可持续发展具有重要的现实意义,为巩固拓展健康扶贫成果、衔接乡村振兴战略、推进健康中国建设以及扎实推进共同富裕提供了理论依据。
作者简介
韦艳,女,博士,教授。现任西安财经学院人口与发展研究所所长,陕西省聘三级教授、陕西省社会学会副会长、陕西省人口学会常务理事、 社科基金项目通讯评审专家。入选首批“陕西省高校人文社会科学青年英才支持计划”,首批西安财经学院“青年英才支持汁划”。主要研究方向为社会人口统计。
