全书分6卷,依次分为礼、乐、射、御、书、数六集,各集之中以治法为目。其中,礼集中载14种治法,乐集载30种治法,射集中载39种治法,御集中载33种治法,书集中载12种治法和17论,数集中载有7大类疾病(7门)和16种杂病。全书论述总计128法、17论、7门、16杂病,·内容闸述了内、外、妇、儿、五官等100种左右疾病的证治,收古今成方及作者自定方500余首,其中大多处方为白裁,是中医古籍中理论联系实际、理法方药俱备的治法专著。

作者简介

陈士铎,字敬之,号远公,别号朱华子,自号大雅堂主人,浙江绍兴人。明末清初著名医家。约生于明天启年间,卒于清康熙前期。陈氏一生著述颇多,据嘉庆八年《山阴县志》记载,陈氏传世之作近20种,但今存世的仅6种。
