《徐灵胎医学全书》为医学全书。清·徐大椿撰。16种。此书是在1764年徐氏自刊的《徐氏医书六种》基础上增辑而成。计有《难经经释》、《医学源流论》、《神农本草经百种录》、《医贯砭》、《伤寒论类方》、《兰台轨范》、《洄溪医案》、《慎疾刍言》、《内经诠释》、《洄溪脉学》、《脉诀启悟注释》、《六经病解》、《伤寒约编》、《舌鉴总论》、《杂病源》、《女科医案》。徐氏学识渊博,医学|教育网搜集整理著述甚丰,且颇为后世所重。现存多种清刊本及上海广益书局铅印本。

作者简介

徐大椿(1693年——1771年),又名大业,字灵胎,晚年号洄溪老人,江苏吴江人,清代著名医学家。灵胎生于书香世家,祖父藏书万卷,任翰林院检讨,父亲徐养浩,爱好水利,曾被聘用参与编修水利书籍。他自幼天赋异禀,十四岁学习八股文,自学《易经》、《道德经》等经学名著。长大后涉猎广泛,自学成才,于水利、音乐、武术等领域均有建树。中年时代,家人因病相继亡故,他便发愤习医,将前代医书朝夕批阅,久而无师自通,造诣颇深,堪称学贯古今的中医大家。灵胎于水利工作之余,帮百姓看病,积累了大量临床经验,由于他几乎药到病除,不久便声名鹊起,多次被乾隆皇帝召见进京治病。徐灵胎与同时代的医学大家叶天士齐名,当时人称“叶天士师承十七人,徐灵胎读书破万卷”。徐氏在学术上讲求追本溯源,实事求是,对当时医学界的不良作风深恶痛绝,是一代中医批评家。他的医学著作着重强调理论与临床实践相结合,对后世有着深远的影响。
