    修订的主要技术内容是:1.增加了术语和工程验收及成果资料章节、条文说明及有关的附录;2.修订了总则、基本规定、前期准备、钻探设备的安装与拆卸、钻探施工、成井工艺、抽水试验、钻孔和管井事故的预防和处理等章节;3.删除了原规程第八章和第十章内容。

    本规程由住房和城乡建设部负责管理,由中国市政工程中南设计研究总院有限公司负责具体技术内容的解释。执行过程中如有意见或建议,请寄送中国市政工程中南设计研究总院有限公司(地址:武汉市解放公园路41号;邮编:430010)。
