随着现代医学模式已发展为生物—心理—社会医学模式,全科医学的原则之一——以人为中心显得尤为重要。由于某些局限于器官的疾病可有全身性的表现,某些全身性疾病亦可反映出某局部器官的临床征象,这些错综复杂的关系给临床诊断带来一定的阻碍。因此,对于现代医学生和医生来说,学好症状学并掌握未分化疾病的诊断技能极为重要。
本译著的英文原著Symptom to Diagnosis:An EvidenceBased Guide,4e 由芝加哥大学Scott D.C. Stern,Adam S.Cifu,Diane Altkorn 三位教授编写,通过真实病例分享,基于循证医学逐步进行讲解,形象生动地介绍了如何对常见症状进行精准诊断。
为使本书在国内得到更广泛的使用,此次有幸由我担任主译、曾学军主任和胡丙杰教授担任副主译,同时邀请国内各省市16 位知名专家共同承担此次翻译工作。在翻译过程中,我们秉承完整、规范、准确、顺畅、灵活的总原则,多次审稿、修订,在严格遵照原文的基础上对翻译语句反复推敲,以期通过更严谨、更流畅、更符合中文表达习惯的字句,为读者带来更权威的专业知识。
