我认为有责任的乳腺专科医生,也会是一位研究型医生。坚持践行“实验室—床旁”理念,要从核心临床问题中提炼科学问题,大胆假设,小心求证,依托相关实验室成果,自主设计发起 IIT研究,搭建临床基础连接桥梁,进行精准治疗探索,让取得的科研成果再服务于临床实践。
近年来,复旦大学肿瘤医院乳腺外科结合数字病理和人工智能技术实现快速病理分型,将本中心首创的三阴性乳腺癌“复旦分型”“腔面型乳腺癌 SNF分型”与临床研究紧密结合,实现新辅助和晚期乳腺癌研究的全覆盖。该研究模式下的系列临床试验正在顺利开展中,包括了 SNF系列及 FUTURE 20等平台型研究、FUTURE及 MULAN等“伞型”研究。这些研究致力于解决局部晚期乳腺癌新辅助化疗方案单一且疗效不佳、激素受体阳性 HER2阴性乳腺癌CDK4/6抑制剂耐药后治疗选择困难、晚期三阴性乳腺癌无药可用等临床治疗难题,并与病理科、精准中心和实验室密切协作,以快速探索新药在临床治疗中的价值,且紧密衔接启动后续多中心研究。
