中国抗癌协会生物治疗专业委员会委员,中国抗癌协化疗专业委员会委员。湖北省免疫学会生物治疗专业委员会主任委员。湖北省抗癌协会内科专业委员会常委。《肿瘤防治研究》杂志编委,发表论文70余篇,专著3部,主持参与课题20余项,其中重点项目1项。其中,IL-1 基因多态性与我国胃癌的关系,2010通过湖北省卫生厅鉴定,达国内领先,于2011年获得武汉市科技进步奖3等奖。
