我们编写这本《临床医师简捷手册》的目的是为各级医师提供一本便于在急诊、门诊或病床边随时随地查阅的微型工具书。为满足日常临床诊疗工作中及时检索的需要,在内容上力求全面新颖、准确实用;在编排上要求简洁扼要、便于快捷查阅;而在装帧上则要求轻巧精致、携带方便。
这本手册主要包括两个部分:①人体检验正常参考值;②临床常用药物。
人体检验正常参考值部分仅仅选编了临床常用的检验和各专科常用的检查项目。检验值目前提倡以国际惯用单位表示, 但长期以来,临床上习惯使用传统单位(traditional unit,TU)。为了临床工作的方便, 本手册中检验值同时以国际惯用单位和TU表示。
随着医学的发展,临床治疗药物不断推陈出新,日新月异。 限于本手册的容量,我们仅选编目前临床上常用的药物, 同时注意收录安全有效的新上市药物, 并列出药物的商品名称。本手册列出的均为普通成年人的常用剂量和用法,儿童用量请参考附录中的小儿药物剂量计算法。有些药物的特殊用法和用量仍请参阅药物学专著或药物使用说明。
由于手册容量有限, 编者学识和经验不足,书中存在的缺点和错误, 恳请读者批评指正。
