卢洪洲,深圳市第三人民医院院长、党委副书记,*长江学者,入选国家百千万人才工程、有突出贡献中青年专家,深圳市首届疫情防控公共卫生专家组组长、深圳市领军人才。内科学博士,留美博士后,主任医师,二级教授,内科学、公共卫生管理与护理学博士生导师。

现代社会是一个快节奏的社会,高速发展、高速运行。作为社会的中流砥柱,中青年人背负着巨大的工作与生活压力,很多人都处于亚健康状态,但是“上有老、下有小”的他们,关注点常常在事业和家人身上,而忽略了自身的健康问题和疾病前期所发出的预警信号,等到身体出现明显不适必须就医治疗时,往往疾病发展已进入中晚期,错失了的控制与治疗时机。因此,定期、有计划、有针对性的健康体检对中青年人群十分必要。中青年人通过体检不仅可以及时了解自身的健康状况,还可以在疾病初露端倪时,早发现、早治疗,将 “大病”扼杀在摇篮里。
