中国医师协会超声医师分会自2007年成立以来,认真贯彻“监督、管理、自律、维权、服务、协调”的宗旨,积极推进超声规范化工作,先后出版了《血管和浅表器官超声检查指南》(2011年6月)、《产前超声和超声造影检查指南》(2013年3月)、《腹部超声检查指南》(2013年8月)、《介入性超声检查指南》(2014年4月)及《超声心动图检查指南》(2016年1月)。2017年4月更是为超声界奉献了修订再版或新版的《中国浅表器官超声检查指南》《中国妇科超声检查指南》《中国肌骨超声检查指南》《中国超声造影临床应用指南》及《中国介入超声临床应用指南》,为规范临床超声医师的诊疗行为起到了积极的作用。
随着超声仪器及工程研发的不断进步,超声临床诊疗领域也出现了显著的进展。儿科超声作为超声医学的一个亚专业,近年越来越受到重视,超声检查几乎应用到了儿童所有系统和脏器,已成为临床儿科学的重要检查手段,也是未来超声学科发展的方向之一。然而,基于我国儿科超声相对起步较晚,且各地区发展不平衡,因此加强其规范化就显得更加重要,尽快编写出《中国儿科超声检查指南》是广大超声医师的共同的心声。
