《伤寒论》是现存早的辨证论治专著，构建了六经辨证论治理论体系，其不仅为外感立法，而且对后世临床各科病证的辨证论治，起着重要的指导作用，被后世誉为“中医四大经典”之一。《伤寒论》成书于东汉末年，言辞古奥，学习者往往觉得比较难懂，读了之后也很难直接应用于临床，有鉴于此，我们立足于临床应用，用比较浅显的文字解析《伤寒论》的重点条文，希望可以帮助大家更好地学习、理解以及临床实践。兹将本书编写中的有关情况说明如下。
1.原文选自“辨太阳病脉证并治第五”至“辨阴阳易差后劳复病脉证并治第十四”，以明代赵开美翻刻宋本《伤寒论》为蓝本，参照刘渡舟、钱超尘等点校《伤寒论校注》。宋本原文为繁体字竖排，为适应现代阅读习惯，本书改为简体横排，故将原文中之“右×味”改为“上×味”。另外，读者在阅读的过程中要注意原文中的中药剂量，与我们现代的剂量并不相同，比如原文中的1斤相当于现代的240克、1两相当于15克，等等。具体可参照文后附录中的古今剂量折算表。
2.“概论”为全书的概括性论述，主要讲述《伤寒论》的流传与内容概要、学术成就、六经与六经辨证、学习方法等，对学习《伤寒论》具有提纲挈领的作用。然后依次精讲“辨太阳病脉证并治第五”至“辨阴阳易差后劳复病脉证并治第十四”八章的重点条文。
