宫本礼子,1954年出生于东京。任日本失智症学会专科医生、日本老年精神学会专科医生、樱台明日佳医院“失智症综合支持中心”所长。自2006年起开设健忘门诊,致力于失智症相关研究。毕业于旭川医科大学医学部。2012年在札幌成立“老年人临终医疗学会”,担任发言人。
